Our 283 condo style suites feature a balcony overlooking spectacular Lake Bryan. The suites have a rich décor, as well as all the luxuries of home. Full size kitchens, washers and dryers, two baths and great views will make your vacation in Orlando the perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure

Less than a mile from Walt Disney World® Resort and about 3 miles from SeaWorld, the Blue Heron provides a unique extra: every guest suite features a balcony overlooking 400-acre Lake Bryan. Nestled on the banks of this natural spring fed lake, you can enjoy a cool breeze on our 6,000 square foot pool deck. Enjoy the large free form pool, the hot tub, the kiddies pool or the smaller pool. In addition to the luxuries of this resort, enjoy water sports activities such as jet skiing or water skiing, as these services are offered to the guests by Buena Vista Water sports (additional charges apply). Play a round of tropical mini golf at the adjacent 36 Hole Miniature Golf Course or plan your trip to the attractions from this perfect vantage point. We value the privacy of our guests and as a self catering resort, we do not provide daily housekeeping service. If requested these services are available at an additional charge. You do however, have plenty of towels in the unit, a washer and dryer and we provide you with ' Tide' washing powder for the first two loads.

Room Description
Our Two-Bedroom deluxe suites sleep a maximum of 8 guests. How to get there
I-95 North
From the North (Daytona Beach/Jacksonville/Georgia): Take exit 260B from I-95 S to merge onto 1-4W toward Orlando. Take exit 68 for SR-535 toward Kissimmee/Lake Buena Vista. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for SR-535 S/Kissimmee. Turn left at S Apopka-Vineland Rd/SR-535 S (heading south). The resort will be past the first traffic light on your left.

I-95 South
From the South (Miami/West Palm Beach): From I-95 N, take a slight left at Florida’s Turnpike N/SR-826 W. Take exit 249 for Osceola Pkwy and turn left (heading west) at Osceola Pkwy (CR-522). Continue on CR-522 W and take exit to US-192/Resort Area/SR-535. Turn right at Vineland Road (heading north) and continue on Apopka Vineland Rd/Kissimmee-Vineland Rd/SR-535 N for about 2 miles. The resort will be on your right past ‘Hawaiian Rumble Mini-golf’ and just before I-4

I-75 North
From the North (Gainesville/Tallahassee/Georgia): From I-75 S, take exit 328 on the left for Florida’s Turnpike S toward Orlando and merge onto the turnpike. Take exit 259 for I-4 toward Downtown/Orlando/Tampa and keep left at the fork, following signs for I-4 W/Tampa and merge onto I-4 W. Take exit 68 for SR-535 toward Kissimmee/Lake Buena Vista. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for SR-535 S/Kissimmee. Turn left at Apopka-Vineland Rd/SR-535 S (heading south). The resort will be past the first traffic light on your left.

I-75 South
From the South (Cape Coral/St. Petersburg/Tampa): From I-75 N, take exit 261 for I-4 toward Tampa/Orlando. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for I-4 E/Plant City/Lakeland/Orlando and merge onto I-4E. Take exit 68 for SR 535 toward Lake Buena Vista. Turn right at S Apopka Vineland Rd/Kissimmee-Vineland Rd/SR 535 S (heading south). The resort will be past the first traffic light on your left.

Airport (MCO)
Leave airport using the South exit - Boggy Creek Road Take 417 South towards Disney/Kissimmee After 2 tolls (Approximately $3.00) take the 535/536 exit Turn right on 535. Blue Heron Beach Resort is less than 1 mile on your right.
