The Regal Sun Resort is an official Walt Disney World hotel located across the street from the entrance to the Downtown Disney Marketplace, the entertainment complex were shopping and restaurants are just steps away. The hotel offers transportation to the Disney Parks, and Disney character breakfast is available three times a week. The hotel offers 626 guest rooms. The minimum age required to check-in at this hotel is 18 years old.
***Early Check-Outs: The hotel reserves the right to impose a charge of US $50.00 (plus taxes) per room directly to the guest on any reservation which checks out early without reasonable cause or 48 hour notice***
As a special promotion, the hotel will not have a hotel service fee from February 18, 2009 to December 25, 2009 (excluding April 5, 2009- April 17)

How to get there
From Orlando International Airport
Take 528 (Bee Line Expressway) heading West towards Orlando. Continue on I-4 West towards Tampa. Take exit #68- Lake Buena Vista Exit. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right at the stop light. Proceed to the next stop light and turn left onto Hotel Plaza Boulevard. The hotel is the last hotel on the right before Downtown Disney.
From the East:
Take I-4 West towards Tampa. Take exit #68- Lake Buena Vista Exit. At bottom of the ramp, turn right at the stop light. Proceed to the next stop light and turn left onto Hotel Plaza Boulevard. The hotel is the last hotel on the right before Downtown Disney.
From the West:
